These terms govern access to Bandely and the use of its tools, integrations, automations, and related services.
If someone uses the website or platform on behalf of an organization, that person represents that they have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
The service must be used lawfully, in compliance with applicable regulations, connected provider policies, and third-party rights.
Bandely may not be used for fraud, spam, abuse, impersonation, unauthorized data extraction, or any activity that could harm the service or third parties.
Each customer is responsible for keeping credentials secure, configuring its channels, and ensuring the legality of the data and content processed through Bandely.
Use of third-party integrations, including messaging platforms, may be subject to additional terms and policies defined by those providers.
Bandely may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for technical, operational, security, or regulatory reasons.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain continuity, but uninterrupted availability and a complete absence of errors are not guaranteed.
The platform, software, branding, design, and Bandely materials belong to Bandely or its licensors. These terms do not transfer intellectual property rights to the customer unless expressly agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bandely is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits arising from use of or inability to use the service.
When liability applies, Bandely's total liability will be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the service in the relevant period, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
